How do I download the AirBands App?

• The AirBands app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play Store

What are the minimum device requirements? 

• iPhone 5+
  • Min. IOS 10.0
• Most Android devices 
  • Min. Android 5.0
• Requires Bluetooth BLE 4.0

How do I create a login? 

• Download and launch the AirBands app. 

• Click through the VALD account sign up prompts. 

• A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox – if required, check your spam/junk folder. 

• Click the relevant link in the confirmation email to confirm your login details.

How do I reset my password? 

• Follow this link to reset your VALD password.

How do I check the battery level?

• When AirBands are paired to the AirBands App a battery icon, showing the battery level, will display in the app.

How long does a recharged battery last?

• When fully charged an AirBands battery can last up to 100 inflations, however it is best to always keep the battery charged for optimal use. 

Do AirBands need servicing?

• Provided there is no physical damage to the module or bladders, AirBands should not require any servicing.
