SmartHub stops responding
If SmartHub stops responding whilst running a test, an error has occurred in the firmware, and the SmartHub will require a hard reset.
  To perform a hard reset on SmartHub:
 
 - Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the power LED turns solid green.
 - Once green, release the power button.
 
  The SmartHub will reset and can then be reconnected.
