SmartSpeed Online - Reset Password
To reset your SmartSpeed Online password:
- Go to SmartSpeed Online
- Input your email address
- Select Next
- Select Forgot Password
- Input your email address
- Select Send New Password
- You will receive an email from support@smartabase.com with your new login details
- Use these new login details
- Once logged in, in the upper right-hand corner, select the 3 dots to expand the menu
- Select Account
- Input your desired password into the Password and Confirm fields
- Select Save
Note: Passwords are case sensitive
