SmartSpeed Online

SmartSpeed Online is a cloud database for SmartSpeed data and reporting.

To access SmartSpeed Online visit smartspeed.fusionsport.com/online and log in with your SmartSpeed account details. These details are the same login credentials used to log in to the SmartSpeed app.

SmartSpeed Online functions

Create / View / Edit Teams
From the SmartSpeed homepage you can view your current teams and add a team, that will automatically be synced to the SmartSpeed app.
To add a new team:
  1. Go to SmartSpeed Online Home page
  2. Click Add New Team or Drill
  3. Click Team Lists
  4. Input the name of your team
  5. Click the first row of the player table:
    1. Input the team members first and last names; or
    2. Select Paste from Excel (Note: excel columns must match the table order, however the Active column is not required)
    3. If using SmartScan the RFID numbers can be scanned into the table using the PC RFID reader.
  6. Click Save & Close
To use the SmartScan PC RFID reader:
  1. Connect the PC RFID reader to your computer
  2. Click Edit RFID on the table row for a selected team member
  3. Scan the team member’s RFID band
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each team member
  5. Once complete, click Save and Close
Create Drills
Drills can be created from the SmartSpeed Online Home page.
To create a drill:
  1. Go to SmartSpeed Online Home page
  2. Click Add New Team or Drill
  3. Go to My Drills
  4. Click on a drill type
  5. Input the name of the drill
  6. Input the number of gates per track
  7. Follow the onscreen guides to create your drill
  8. Click Save & Close 
Create Pacing Tapes ( Pro systems only)
Pacing tapes can be created from the SmartSpeed Online main menu.
To create a pacing tape:
  1. Go to SmartSpeed Online Home page
  2. Click My pacing tapes on the main menu, located on the left-hand side
  3. Click + New My pacing tapes
  4. Scroll down the page to Pacing tape table guidelines
  5. Follow the guide to create your pacing tape
  6. Click Save & Close
View / Export Results
Results can be accessed from the SmartSpeed Online main menu.
To view and export results:
  1. Go to SmartSpeed Online Home Page
  2. Click Results and Team Lists
  3. Use the filters on the left-hand side to locate the relevant session
  4. Select the relevant session
  5. Click Export
  6. Select Excel or PDF
  7. Click Run Report
To view and export multiple session results:
  1. Go to SmartSpeed Online Home page
  2. Click Results and Team Lists
  3. Select Type of Event from the side menu
  4. Select relevant dates from the side menu
  5. Select other available features if relevant
  6. Click Run Report
  7. Click Export
  8. Select Excel or PDF
  9. Confirm report settings
  10. Click Create Report
