Creating a HumanTrak User

The following information will help you in creating a new user with HumanTrak.

Create a new user

To create a new user:
  1. Log into VALD Hub
  2. Go to Management
  3. Click Users
  4. Click Create User
  5. Enter the Users
    1. Given Name (required);
    2. Family Name; and
    3. Email (required)
  6. Assign the new user permissions within your organisation. 
Note: For a new user to have access to the HumanTrak application they must have "View, Create, & Modify" permissions in Profile Management and access to All Categories and Groups
