Accessing your VALD Hub Account
VALD Hub is a cloud-based data analytics and account administration platform for VALD Technologies.
If this is the first time your organisation has adopted a VALD system, you will be sent an account setup email from the VALD Onboarding Team.
Simply follow the instructions in the email to setup your VALD Hub organisation account.
If you do not receive a setup email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a new user, your account administrator will be able to set you up with a VALD Hub user account.
Once your administrator has added you as a user to your organisation's account, you will receive an automated email from VALD Hub.
Simply follow the instructions in the email to access your VALD Hub user account.
If you do not receive an email check your junk folder, and with your account administrator.
