Refresh ForceFrame Apps
To refresh the iOS ForceFrame App:
- Log in to ForceFrame App
- Set to Training Mode
- Go to Program menu
- Swipe the screen down. You will see a loading wheel
- Wait for page refresh
To refresh the Windows ForceFrame App:
- Log in to ForceFrame App
- Click on Account
- Select Refresh Data from the drop-down menu
- Wait for refresh
