Email, Print and Export HumanTrak Profile Reports
From HumanTrak, profile reports can be:
- Emailed directly to your client.
- Printed for your client or practice records.
- Exported to transfer to another system (saved to USB).
To email a profile report:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet (check Computer Settings).
- Go to Profiles
- Click on the profile name
- Click View Progress
- Click on the Report Icon, located on the right of the screen
- Click on the report you wish to email
- Click Email Report
- Enter your client’s email address
- Click Send
To print a profile report:
- Ensure your printer is connected to your HumanTrak Kit (check Computer Settings)
- Go to Profiles
- Click on the profile name
- Click View Progress
- Click on the Report Icon, located on the right of the screen
- Click on the report you wish to email
- Click Print
To export a profile report (Save to USB):
- Go to Profiles
- Click on the profile name
- Click View Progress
- Click on the Report Icon, located on the right of the screen
- Click on the report you wish to export
- Click Save to USB
