Email, Print and Export HumanTrak Profile Reports

From HumanTrak, profile reports can be:

  • Emailed directly to your client.
  • Printed for your client or practice records.
  • Exported to transfer to another system (saved to USB).
Note: HumanTrak profile reports can also be accessed from VALD Hub.
To email a profile report:
  1. Ensure you are connected to the internet (check Computer Settings).
  2. Go to Profiles
  3. Click on the profile name
  4. Click View Progress
  5. Click on the Report Icon, located on the right of the screen
  6. Click on the report you wish to email
  7. Click Email Report
  8. Enter your client’s email address
  9. Click Send
To print a profile report:
  1. Ensure your printer is connected to your HumanTrak Kit (check Computer Settings)
  2. Go to Profiles
  3. Click on the profile name
  4. Click View Progress
  5. Click on the Report Icon, located on the right of the screen
  6. Click on the report you wish to email
  7. Click Print
To export a profile report (Save to USB):
  1. Go to Profiles
  2. Click on the profile name
  3. Click View Progress
  4. Click on the Report Icon, located on the right of the screen
  5. Click on the report you wish to export
  6. Click Save to USB
