Managing your HumanTrak Profiles

The following information will help you manage your client profiles for testing with HumanTrak:

Create a single profile

To add a profile:
  1. Go to Profiles
  2. Click Create Profile
  3. Enter details
  4. Click Save

Bulk import profiles

For a large number of clients, you can save time by uploading a list of your client profiles into HumanTrak using a .CSV file.
To bulk import profiles:
  1. Go to the Settings Cog 
  2. Select Bulk Import
  3. Click Save Template File
  4. Save the template file to a USB drive and edit on another computer 
  5. Add the new profiles to the template file in the format specified 
  6. Click Import from File (back in Settings)
  7. Select the template file from your USB drive
  8. Click Open
  9. Click Done

View, edit and delete profiles

To view a profile:
  1. Go to Profiles
  2. Click on the profile name
  3. Click View Progress
A Profile Summary will display with the following features:
  • Progress graph – track the individual’s results over time
  • Profile reports – access the individual’s HumanTrak reports 
  • Profile details – view, edit and delete the individual’s details 
To edit a profile:
  1. Go to Profiles
  2. Click on the profile name
  3. Click View Progress
  4. Click Edit Profile
  5. Update the profile details
  6. Click Save
To delete a profile:
  1. Go to Profiles
  2. Click on the profile name
  3. Click View Progress
  4. Click on the Profile Icon, located on the right of the screen
  5. Click Delete
