Managing your HumanTrak Profiles
The following information will help you manage your client profiles for testing with HumanTrak:
Note: Profiles in your VALD Hub account automatically sync to HumanTrak.
Important: Profiles in VALD Hub require Weight and Height values for Profiles to work in HumanTrak.
Create a single profile
To create a profile:
- Go to Profiles
- Click Create Profile
- Enter details
- Click Save
Bulk import profiles
For a large number of clients, you can save time by uploading a list of your client profiles into HumanTrak using a .CSV file.
To bulk import profiles:
- Go to the Settings Cog
- Select Bulk Import
- Click Save Template File
- Save the template file to a USB drive and edit on another computer
- Add the new profiles to the template file in the format specified
- Click Import from File (back in Settings)
- Select the template file from your USB drive
- Click Open
- Click Done
View, edit and delete profiles
To view a profile:
- Go to Profiles
- Click on the profile name
- Click View Progress
A Profile Summary will display with the following features:
- Progress graph – track the individual’s results over time
- Profile reports – access the individual’s HumanTrak reports
- Profile details – view, edit and delete the individual’s details
To edit a profile:
- Go to Profiles
- Click on the profile name
- Click View Progress
- Click Edit Profile
- Update the profile details
- Click Save
To delete a profile:
- Go to Profiles
- Click on the profile name
- Click View Progress
- Click on the Profile Icon, located on the right of the screen
- Click Delete
