AutoTrainer: How to Create an Exercise Program

Open the individual’s profile and then open the AutoTrainer. |

Once you’ve launched the program, you’ll be able to view the pre-made exercise plans or build your own. | |

Select the Plan Builder tab. | |

Once opened, simply drag and drop exercises into the plan builder. For more specificity, you can filter these exercises by lower body or upper body. You can also search for a specific exercise using the search bar. |

Each exercise has default programming instructions, but these values can be adjusted by clicking the gear icon. The amount of sets, reps and rest time can be changed. |

To remove an exercise, click the “X” button, and if you want to reorder your exercise plan, simply drag the exercises up and down the list. | |

Once all the exercises are added to the plan, the plan can be saved, or saved and opened in AutoTrainer immediately. Note: for a plan to be saved, it needs a name. |
