Force Plates not detected by computer
If you are experiencing difficulty connecting your force plates and have received the below notification, please consider the following:
VALD Force Plates
(FDMini, FDLite (V2) and FDMax not detected)
If connecting via USB cable, is the USB cable connected to the Primary plate?
If connecting via Bluetooth, have you installed the latest ForceDecks Firmware?

Third-Party and Older VALD Hardware
(FD4000, FDLite (V.1), PASCO, Bertec, Kistler or AMTI not detected)
Have your drivers been installed?
Drivers can be downloaded from your VALD Onboarding email, or requested from the VALD Support Team: firstname.lastname@example.org
